We at Kefs® Foods are committed to deliver your order with appropriate packing in the given time frame. To make this experience seamless we are available between 10am to 6pm at our customer care email and support number.
What are the shipping charges!
We deliver free of cost when your basket is or above the value of Rs 500. If the value of your order is under Rs 500, then there is a shipping charge of Rs 70.
How long does it take to arrive?
Your order is dispatched within 24-48 hours of receipt. It takes the order to be delivered mostly within 4 to 5 working days after dispatch. WE DELIVER PAN INDIA
What if the product is received in a damaged condition?
We keep a close quality check. If you think that your package is tampered or the order arrived in a bad condition, immediately inform the Kefs support team.
Do not accept the package in damaged condition.
In case you have received the damaged product, click a picture of the product and apply for return within 24 hours of receiving it.
What is our refund policy?
We at Kefs® Foods take pride in doing our best for our customers. However, if one is not satisfied with the taste or quality of our product and wants to claim a refund, we provide you with a 100% refund guarantee. In such a case the return has to be initiated in 24 hours of order received. The returned item should be considerably unused.
Please note that the shipping charges are not refundable
Cancellation Policy!
Kefs® Foods allows its customer to cancel its order within 3 hours after their order is confirmed. However in case the order is still not processed or shipped
Kefs® Foods still allows the customer to cancel the order as credits which can be used for further purchases anytime in future. But once the shipment has been done there shall be no cancellation.
Please note that, Kefs® Foods shall not be liable for any delay /non-delivery of purchased goods by the vendors, trade organization, manufactures/shops, vendor, flood, fire, wars, acts of God, communal riots or any cause that is beyond control of Kefs® Foods.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
